5. Packaging & Safety

6. Insurance & Damage Claims
All our international shipments are covered under *Marine/Transit Insurance*.

- * *Reporting Damage:* In the unlikely event of transit damage, please contact insurance company within *24 hours* of delivery with clear photos and videos of the damaged part and the packaging.
- * *Resolution:* You have to coordinate with the insurance provider and offer repair, replacement, or professional restoration depending on the extent of the damage.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your temple is dispatched, we will provide you with:

- * A tracking number or Bill of Lading (BoL).
- * Regular updates at key milestones (Dispatch, Port Arrival, Customs Clearance).
8. Delivery & Installation
- * *Doorstep Delivery:* We offer door-delivery options which include customs clearance and local transportation to your address.
- * *Unloading:* Due to the weight of marble, customers may need to arrange for local labor or a crane for unloading large temples at their site.
- * *Assembly:* Our temples are modular. We provide a comprehensive DIY installation guide and video assistance to help you set up your temple.
